Britney Spears Fights To Visit with Sons

Britney Spears has called an emergency hearing with a judge in a desperate bid to see her sons as part of her mental health rehabilitation.
The singer's lawyers have scheduled a session at an Los Angeles court on Wednesday morning and will be asking for Spears to be allowed "monitored visitation in a therapeutic setting."
Commissioner Scott Gordon, who has been overseeing much of Spears' custody case, has repeatedly ordered the singer to undergo a mental check -- known as a 730 evaluation - which she has consistently refused.
But, according to TMZ.com, the star is now hoping the courts will allow her to see Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, as part of a plan to allow the her to get mental health help in a "creative way."
Spears has been stripped of all custody and visitation rights following a string of bizarre incidents including an apparent breakdown earlier this month when she refused to hand her boys back to Federline following a scheduled visit. The incident sparked a lengthy stand off with police at her Beverly Hills home and culminated in the star being hospitalized under a mental health order.
In other Spears news, British photographer Adnan Ghalib is set to reveal intimate details about his relationship with the pop star on a TV show.
Ghalib has been a constant presence by Spears' side in recent weeks before the pair's reported split last weekend.
And now, according to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, the 35-year-old paparazzo has signed a contract with a TV network for an exclusive interview about the time he spent with the troubled star.
A source tells Hilton, "He's getting paid a lot. And his interview will be stretched out over several days."
Ghalib has also been accused of striking a deal with his celebrity photo agency, Finalpixx, to sell private text messages sent to him by the singer. The messages are reported to detail Spears' wish to train to become a teacher.
Spears began dating Ghalib last month but was rumored to have ended the relationship and taken out a restraining order against him -- a fact that Ghalib vehemently denies.
