Britney Spears Gets Lippy

Britney Spears has paid ,000 for a top-secret liposuction session to trim her hips, thighs and tummy - as well as recently getting collagen in her lips according to reports in the US.

The singer allegedly sneaked off to Nevada with her cousin Ali Sims at the weekend in a frantic bid to get her pre-baby body back.

The 25-year-old mother-of-two spent five hours under the care of Dr. John Minoli having revolutionary Smartlipo treatment at his Plastic Surgery Clinic & Spa.

And Britney, who had lipo at the same clinic in April, is apparently so pleased with the results that she now plans a boob job, a nose job and a chemical peel.

Meanwhile, chubby rocker Beth Ditto has offered support to the troubled star and reckons she should never have had her kids taken away.

She said: “People fail to see that regional culture is a massive part of a person’s experience.

“She is just trash. And when I say trash, I mean that in the most positive way, as in, I was trash, too.”
